1: How do you help Business Owners?
First of all, your business is unique … so is our approach.
We have established Aspire Management Services with you the business owner in mind. We do provide traditional consultancy services if required, however through considerable experience we have found that coaching is far more beneficial for the business owner.
Unlike most traditional consulting firms, our processes are structured to provide you, the business owner, with both short-term assistance and long-term training through our affordable methods.
We will not only show you how to increase your business revenues and profits, but also how to develop your business so that you, as the owner, can work less, relax more, and enjoy the results of your endeavours - if those are, or can become, your goals.
We have broad, deep business experience, and are fellow business owners who have invested our time, money, and energy to make our own, various business ventures successful. Our goal in business is quite simple…to help you reach yours.
2: What is the difference between a Coach and a Consultant?

We provide both services as required and through our long experience we have established that coaching is far more effective than consulting at bringing long-term, lasting benefits to the business owner.
So, we particpate in your business - your goals become our goals.
Here's an oft-used analogy: imagine a village where the "consultant" is the fisherman who goes out fishing for the village each morning. The fisherman supplies the villagers with their needs for the day. If he doesn't fish, the villagers go hungry.
The business coach, on the other hand, teaches the villagers how to fish, so they now have the skills to collect food for life.

3: Why would I need a Business Coach?
Every great performer, whether an elite athlete, business ‘flyer,’ or performing superstar, has specialist coaches and advisors.

We will push you, cajole you, help you, be there for you, and do some things with you, but in the end you have to do the work. Only you can ever be truly accountable and responsible for your own success.
But we do guarantee that, after three months of working with us and carrying out agreed activity, if you have not seen an improvement, we’ll return 100% of your monthly coaching investment.
We can also guarantee to provide the best service and support available, to answer your questions and challenges promptly, and with the most current and appropriate processes and approaches.
And last but not least, we guarantee we are fully committed to helping you become successful, whether you like it at the time, or not!
Once we have helped you with goal setting and creating your plan, we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that you reach, and stretch, and strive with all your might, to achieve your goals. We'll help you grow your comfort zone.
